Job Title*: Regional Sales Lead

Summary*: Sell SAP software and services within the specific territory.

Job Responsibilities*:

  • The primary focus and objective will be to develop new logo business along with the secondary focus on driving incremental business in the existing accounts. Services to be sold will include project as well as staff augmentation work.
  • Understand the Systech value proposition and articulating that to drive demand generation
  • Identify leads via channel partners, cold-calling, networking, events etc
  • Develop relationships with C level and other key executives within the client / prospect base
  • Develop leads; qualify leads into opportunities; manage the sales cycle and timely follow ups with the internal team and the client personnel
  • Lead the development of project proposals including identifying and leading the pursuit team, writing strong value driven executive summaries, ensuring that the proposal completely and accurately addresses the client needs. Generate high impact proposals.
Requirements*:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling complex, IT services to Direct Customers and Tier 1 global services provider. Well documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas of around $ 5-8MMin ABR.
  • Recent experience selling consulting services engagements in the $500K + range
  • Qualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis
  • This is a “hunter” role and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive sales culture
  • Ability to travel extensively as required

  • Experience with Outlooksoft 5.1 and higher will be an added advantage
  • Must be able to allow flexible hours (late evenings to provide overlap with our offshore team)
