Sam Tyagi

Co-Founder, CEO

As the co-founder of Systech Integrators, Sam Tyagi’s ability to create, promote, build and manage organizations stems from his leadership skills in strategic planning, business development, relationship building and operational efficiency.

Softline, Inc., his start-up, was ranked as the second fastest new business in America by Entrepreneur Magazine and achieved outstanding growth in less than four years. As the Sr. Vice-President at Bearing Point and Global Partner in charge at KPMG Consulting, he was responsible for the global SAP practice.

In addition to his entrepreneurial skills, Sam also serves on the board of Red Cross, Silicon Valley and is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE), a non-profit organization promoting entrepreneurship.

Sam did his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from LD College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, India and followed it up with an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.

Rajeev Tyagi

Co-Founder, COO

After having spent 15 years building and managing IT companies, it came naturally to Rajeev to begin a venture of his own.

In 2001, he co-founded Systech Integrators. As its EVP, he helped create and implement the company’s core business and set-up its global operations. After a series of successful acquisitions and mergers, Rajeev today manages overall operations at Systech Integrators, including SAP Solutions & Delivery, Finance, Recruiting, Operations, Marketing and IT functions.

Prior to Systech, Rajeev helped build two successful SAP consulting businesses – Softline and Qwest Cyber Solutions. His strong business, operations and management background enabled him to achieve success in these ventures.

A Bachelor’s of Science and a Masters in Business Administration, Rajeev has all the required qualification and the drive to lead the company. 

Jon Cowie

VP, Finance

With 25 years of accounting and senior financial management expertise in consulting and engineering services to Fortune 500 companies, Jon Cowie is the perfect choice to manage the financials of Systech Integrators. As a member of the core management team, he is responsible for the company’s expansion. He plays an important role formulating strategies that will add to the company’s bottomline.

His areas of expertise include systems design and deployment, project management and financial controls, and overall risk management of business activities. Earlier, he has worked as the Chief Financial Officer of an environmental software and engineering consulting firm, where he played a pivotal role in launching the first Software as a Service Environmental Management Portal for clients across the country and across the world.

Jon earned his undergraduate degree at Ursinus College and did graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania in International Business and Politics at the Wharton School. 

Rakesh Mahajan

Director of IT and Operations

Rakesh Mahajan manages technology that helps improve sales and delivery operations for Systech clients. With over 20 years in technical sales, solution implementation and application management, he is constantly looking for innovative solutions to problems and brings a unique perspective that enhances the quality of Systech solutions.

In his illustrious career he has managed positions of immense prestige, the last one being with the American Cancer Society where he managed a nationwide applications portfolio that included CRM, Content Management, Financial and HRMS applications. Rakesh's experience also includes working as a solution architect for managed hosting of Siebel, Oracle and SAP for an application service provider. Rakesh has a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications.
