Systech Takes the Guesswork Out of your SAP Implementation
- Alignment of a customer's business strategy and imperatives to an SAP software based application
- Development of a ROI based business case for the SAP implementation
- Development of an SAP implementation roadmap that is aligned with the business priorities, timelines and budget constraints that a customer has defined
- Execution of the SAP implementation lifecycles including the following phases: Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live & Support. While these phases are part of a universal SAP implementation methodology, Systech has leveraged its own intellectual property to incorporate tools, templates and accelerators for specific industries and SAP modules. Systech generally supports the usage of the Solution Manager framework for all its SAP project execution.
- Systech is 100% focused on providing implementation services related to SAP software and its services cover the entire range of implementation, i.e. project / program management, functional configuration of all SAP modules, technical development (ABAP / PI) and Basis / Solution Manager / Security
Systech's Approach to SAP Implementations:
- Executive support and sponsorship: an essential element for user acceptance and adoption. Systech
- Training and Organization Change Management: Regardless of whether the customer does this internally or thru consulting resources, this is a critical success factor for any SAP implementation.
- A collaborative Program Management Office (PMO) including Systech and the customer business and/or IT personnel. The PMO is responsible for project status monitoring from a deliverable quality, timeline and cost perspective, scope management, communication plan, issue management and project risk mitigation.
- Knowledge Transition: Systech endeavors to make the customer's business and IT personnel self sufficient in terms of supporting the SAP application once gone live. The knowledge transfer activities are an integral component of Systech's overall project plans.
- Business Process Improvement: As part of any of its implementations, Systech emphasizes the usage of industry best practices and as much out-of-the box SAP functionality as possible. Focus is on enabling and improving business capability and not retaining the "legacy" ways of doing business.
- Certified AIO solutions: Based on more than a decade of SAP implementation experience, Systech has packaged its intellectual property and developed pre-packaged solutions (many of them are All-In-One solutions certified by SAP) for specific industries and lines of business, e.g. FastERP, FastFinancials, Human Capital Management, High Tech/Discrete Manufacturing, Chemicals, and Professional Services Organizations etc. These packaged solutions are leveraged to save time and money for our customers.
Systech's project implementations are executed on a Time & Materials, or Fixed Fee basis. The payment schedule can be time based or milestone based. Additionally, Systech offers creative financial arrangements, e.g. monthly amortized payments for the entire solution bundle including software, software maintenance, implementation, and AMS services.
